Today, I went back to my doctors office for the first time in a year. I was extremely nervous because I wasn't sure what to say. They gave me clonazepam, and I was extremely anxious leading up to taking it and am also anxious right now after I take it. The pharmacist didn't say anything about how long it would take to have full effects but I'm still really nervous about it.
Has anyone used this? Did it work well? I'm tired of having to switch between multiple different medications or therapists because none of them seem to be working

Clonazepam is a long acting benzodiazepine, in the same family as Valium. It is addictive but it can certainly have a role in therapy. Give it a chance and good luck.
the doctor gave me 6. She said that was as many as she could give me without me becoming addictd.
I took one. Loved it so much I flushed the rest down the toilet. Bloody oath I have enough problems.
I think it took maybe 1/2 hr or 1 hr to send me to sleep. Nice relaxed, happy, relaxed, did I mention relaxed sleep. Oh man. After a 3 day anxiety attack just lying in bed and not being obsessed was gorgeous.
