Hello everyone! I have been trying to keep myself busy to help with my anxiety but it overwhelms my life. I have started working full time and I take 14 credits at my college. Occuping my time at first was really helpful, and I had less time to worry, however I think I have started to over due it because my anxiety is getting worse than it was before. Midterms are coming up this week and the ball in my stomach, and the tingly feeling in my arms is back. I know that maybe after the testing week, maybe it will get better, but it is stressful not having as much time to study. On top of that, I still have a hard time sleeping, I wake up every couple of hours with the fear that I forgot something, or did something wrong at work. It has really affected my everyday life because I am just to tired to do anything besides work and school. Thank you for all the positivity and advice that I have been recieving.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
