Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Okay ya'll....
This is literally been going on FOREVER, I am constantly worried that I'm doing something wrong, or not good enough, and constantly worry my spouse is going to leave me due to my flaws. He tells me all the time that he loves me, even in stress, and the other night i took it to the extent of asking him if he really wanted to be with me or if he was just waiting for a way out. His words were "I'm in love with you, just not our situation" (WTF does that mean? LOL I'm overthinking again!) I overthink and assume the worst all the time. Is this my anxiety? Or is it maybe something deeper?
My sons behavior stresses my spouse out, so I take him to daycare when I'm at work. And then I go thru phases of worrying that he's going to leave me because of my sons behavior (spouse is PTSD, Anxiety, and Manic Bipolar diagnosed)
How to I keep myself stable to help try to stabilize him as well?

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...

In my personal psycho baggage car, I overthink my way down many a proverbial rabbit hole. I believe mine is both anxiety AND something deeper. It's all connected.
Emotions are complex, especially when convoluted by mental illness. An individual can have more than one emotion at a time. Families make an even more complex weave. If there are 3 of you, you will have 3 sets of reactions to each and every event in your home.
How do I keep all that stable? One need at a time. . .
And I am thinking that if you think about it you will know exactly where your anxiety comes from. And I am so sorry to say it...as it is true....your hubby is a really big jerk.
I do hope that he is open to the thought of seeking help from a therapist.
