My ocd is acting up pretty bad. I'm focusing on my breathing and how I'm not breathing deep enough. Yesterday I went indoor cycling but I kept thinking about how I need to have proper breathing technique while riding. The thoughts made it difficult to ride and so I didn't finish my workout. I have ocd about exercises at the gym and think that they must be done with the right technique. The obsession gets in the way of me exercising. My counselor is going to look for a researcher in ocd and anxiety, a specialist, for me to see. I think I need it because these thoughts are controlling me. In the midst of it I still have to work and deal with the stress that that brings. I'm just venting. I know everyone is struggling. God give me the strength to get through this day.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.
