See a psychiatrist for a recommendation on an OCD medication. They are trained in knowing which medication works best for which anxiety symptom.
I know you posted before about not being sure about medication, but there are SO many different ones out there, and there IS a medication to help you. A psychiatrist would be able to get that for you.
