Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. I have always heard that nightmares are the result of unresolved or underlying issues that are going on with you. I think its possible to look into dreams and sort of decipher their "hidden meaning", so maybe keeping a "dream journal" and writing down everything you can remember as soon as you wake up would help. Don't shy away from thinking about the dreams, confront them and try to figure them out if you can.
But sometimes it is something as simple as a change in meds, or a change in something you are eating, so be sure not to rule those things out. Hopefully somebody on here will have something that can help you.
My recent nightmares mostly involve death, mutilation, or illness. These are issues that scare me and I really don't understand why they're coming to me.
For further researchlook up Freud and jung. They both have done great work on dreams.
Many times its just the pain and frustration. I don't know you and haven't worked with you, but can probably find a direct correlation between your physical and emotional state and your dreams. Your body needs to release these emotions and we safely do it this way. They will pass.
If they don't, please see a mental health professional. A continual nightmare such as these means there is something unprocessed that is more than likely stuck in your mind. Its ok, just needs to be released or talked about.
Wishing you the best,
Brian

I also used to get in fights in my dreams - I would wake up with cuts on my hand from punching the wall or my clock, haha.
I don't really have any advice for you, I'm sorry. Just wanted to let you know you are not alone.
