So how's that for an issue. Affraid of the very thing that suppose to help me. I'm really having trouble writing this...feeling like, this leaves me really exposed. I can't believe I'm "putting all my-stuff out there". AND so far, I've said very little. None of the smiley faces seem to do my mood justice, as mine should have hair standing straight on end....and all of this because...I'm sitting in the quiteness of my bedroom on this forum. YES...I'm on meds, but shallow breathing and high anxiety is daily and almost 24/7 unless I'm sacked out on clonazepam. I am out of work, have been for some time and I'm as affraid of the prospect of having a job as I am not having one. Go figure... Anyway, what a way to say, "Hi everyone" and hope I can solve some things here with you guys.

You've taken a huge step forward in writing down and sharing your experience.
I know the feeling about working being part of you, it is. What I did with the classifieds, jobs plus center visits, and the networking was make up a list of things I needed to do to keep track of who, what, when, where, to make it easier to find the better fit.
Stay strong, and know that everyone is here for you!
