I had been through many extremely stressful events in my short life this far, and at those times I felt alright physically, but afterwards, when I got away from it all, 3 years ago, that's when the anxiety hit! It came on and woke me up in the middle of the night, I thought I was dying. It felt like everything was shutting down and out of whack.
What was odd was that I had extreme pain in my neck which lasted for weeks after that and now periodically I will have pains in my upper back. I had it x-rayed and MRIed, nothing wrong there. I thought for sure I had a slipped/herniated disk or pinched nerve because I had started excersising back then with some weights and was jogging.
It shocked me, because I never thought I would have anxiety, I knew people who had it and I was like I'm not like that at all.
It took me a long time to accept that that is what it was. I had numerous doctor visits, bloodwork and tests done and of course everything was very healthy and strong.
I think what's been the hardest for me is when a woman I loved very very much passed away from colon cancer. I don't know if I will ever stop grieving for her. I hope it doesn't hold her spirit back in any way from doing what she needs to do. I love her so much and I was never able to see her when she was very sick. I never got that last chance to see her and it hurts me all the time. There was much not resolved. At least I did hear from a friend about her passing and I got to go to her funeral and burial...unfortunately it was a closed casket. Never heard if they had a wake at all.
Well that's enough rambling about that.
I will send positive healing energy your way and hope that you find relief for your headaches, muscle soreness and overall discomfort. Imagine pure white light comming down and flowing throughout your body, healing whatever physical discomforts you are feeling.
Keeping occupied with something you enjoy doing helps alot, be sure to drink plenty of water also, and keep away from sugars, caffeine and alchohol as much as possible. Then see how you feel.
Love and Light,
~Laura
