I'm going to add to what Gramybear says with this, if you do go back, I'd have a list of questions that reflect the information you show up here.
Negative? What purpose to healing does that have in my treatment plan?
Shame, made up, little boy, ... all those point to a perspective lost with the treatment plan.
Be careful with your dealings with this therapist, and best wishes.
Counselling is a 2 way process, you get out what you put in. If she's calling you a baby, I would seriously sit down and ask myself if I was being one, to be quite honest.
I know that to grow out of my anxiety I had to mature. I had to develop, I had to be wiser, fairer, kinder, more accepting. You can't get out of anxiety without destroying the person you were. The first move is important, and it's to indulge self pity. Absolutely wallow in it like a hog in mud, till you are released from it. Till you stop saying 'why me?' and start saying 'well, why not me?' when you get to that space, and you realise you'll never get anywhere till you haul ass and just work your butt off for a place to lay your head before you find yourself living under a bridge and eating out of rubbish bins...
