General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. On September 1st, I will be in my house for 18 years. In April, my ceiling was leaking and long story short, I am getting a new roof and then the ceiling fixed. Initially, I was going to move. I got an offer on my house and went to see some new trailers where I used to live. The trailers were really small and dark inside. I decided that I would keep my house and get a new roof. I am really happy with my decision. My brother was really disappointed and maybe even a little mad. He wanted me to move back to my hometown and live cheaper. It's 5:23 a.m. and I am blasting music. I couldn't do that at the trailer park. Here, I don't know any of my neighbors and I like it that way. My view of my backyard from my living room is all green. My street is pretty. Lots of trees, bushes and flowers. Here in NJ, we have programs which reimburse us for taxes. I should be getting a check for $1,550 around October. I am also getting assistance with my gas and electric bills. My mortgage for a 3 bedroom house is less than what my best friend's son pays for a small, one bedroom apartment. Another good thing is that there is a double door from my living room to the outside so I have been able to keep my cat in. He used to insist on running in the utility room until I locked him in there and now he doesn't try to get out anymore. If I had bought a trailer, that would have been an issue. So the roofer is coming this morning. I am meeting my sister-in-law at Dunkin Donuts at 9 a.m. The roofer said that I don't have to be here. I have a claim with my home insurance for the ceiling so that part will only cost me $1,000. Before I bought this house, I did hypnosis for 10 sessions. In one session, we worked on what I wanted in a house. For some odd reason, I said that I would want the house to be big enough for a piano. I don't play piano. So we did a "program" about the house. When I first saw the house, I didn't notice the piano but my realtor mentioned it. The previous owner sold it to me for $100. It is an antique. Isn't that cool?

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

there's not a lick of sense in fixing what ain't broke. even with the leaky roof, it sounds like you have a nice house, indeed. very, very fine?
