My Altima

Today my brother is going to help me detail my Altima and leave it at his house for sale.  I am going to go to the gym and car wash before I go to his house.  I still have to clean the trunk out.  I looked at Kelley Blue Book yesterday and I think I can get about $3,500 to $4,000 for it.  I can use the money.  I will be on summer break for 2.5 months unless I can get a position as a teacher's aide for summer school.  So every penny counts.  It is nice of my brother to help me.  He said that he likes doing car stuff.  I bought an Armor All detailing kit at Walmart for $20.  It comes in a huge bucket.

I just wanted to say please be careful in selling your car. We have so many scammers here. They want to use a Cash App type payment and first they pay and then they cancel the payment. My son sold his through a car buying company and got a really good price.

How did the treatments with the chiropractor go? I think it was you. Since I have the same bladder issues, I just wanted to know if you don't mind me asking.

Hi hasty! I stayed home and have been on the loveseat all day. I think I'm just beat and stressed. I would only take cash or a cashier's check for payment. Yes, it was me! The treatment worked! The only thing that I have to do is what the chiropractor called the "bear claw" which is just lifting my organs by the bottom of my stomach to the count of five, five times. I have less urgency unless I'm drinking loads of coffee. I go longer times between going too. Yesterday I went 4 hours without a bathroom break. I don't mind you asking at all!

    I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying.  I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there.  I think that I will start writing in it again.  It's so therapeutic.

    Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job.  It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it.  Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown.  There was a full length mirror in the changing room.  I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like.  It was a reality check.
