Anxiety is natural. That means you control it through natural methods, such as breathing and doing gentle distraction motions to help you move through the sensation.
Giving yourself the freedom to write it out, to express it safely will help reduce the impact of that feeling in a positive direction.

alas, that easy answer doesn't make managing the bad days too much easier. it keeps my expectations more realistic, but that's about it.
Since you say some mornings are okay, writing it down may help you find the pattern or "reason" why some mornings are more anxious. Such as - I didn't sleep well, I had a nightmare, I was worried about school today, I am upset and worried about my mom, I am thinking about my upcoming appointment with the dentist.... etc. I am just throwing out some examples of what you could write. But write anything you want to. I hope this helps.
