General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. It is Monday again. The anxiety started yesterday although the anxiety was helped while I Instacarted all day yesterday.
Even as I sat here this morning I was fighting the anxiety. I know what I need to do but fear keeps me from it even though Roomie told me I would alright.
I had alot of time to think. Life for me at this stage is not about money as long as I have my basic needs meet. I have a whole closet full of clothes and the fridge is full. Sammycat has a roof over his head and I have a bed to sleep on. I make more now than I ever did but I'm also more miserable. I want to come home mentally or physically tired and right now I'm not. Good luck on the phone interview. Be picky. You really are the only one who can change things. Believe in yourself.
I suspect you know the answer to this but haven't shared it yet, perhaps in another post? But do make sure you're clear with yourself about the specific part of your situation causing you the anxiety. We humans tend to make mistakes in patterns; if you're not super clear with what you're trying to remove from your life you may end up finding the same stressor dressed up in a different guise.
Prayers friend.
