Praying for wisdom right now. Mom went to ER with respiratory distress (pulmonary edema) on Monday. Med teams doing lots of medical tests because the breathing distress was a sudden onset. Although she is a diabetic and cardiac patient, the current hospital team is focusing on leukemia.
While visiting i remind her she has choices and should make informed decisions about her care and I will support her choices.
She has been on at least 10 prescription medications since 2004 (18 years), and I'm investigating which drug companies I may want to sue for her injuries. But I'm conflicted right now, because I'm also grateful some of these medications have extended my mom's life

Actually, our Governor called a State of Emergency. I pray that my electric doesn't go out. I had already planned to stay home all weekend to recuperate from a cold and do online training for my job. That will take many hours. I am worried for the outside kitties. I hope your weekend goes better for you.
