Does anyone feel like they cant remember anything, or have memory loss?

Lately it seems I am having problems with short term memory. I don't know if its from the meds or the crappy sleep I've been getting lately.

I can really relate to to how you feel.The anxiety plays a great part with memory loss and concentrating on things because the anxiety consumes your head and its like all you focus on is your worries .Thats what i think anyway.Your not alone though on it.Shawna

I have times when people say I thought you were going to meet me someplace and I don't EVER remember saying I would meet them anywhere. Or if I have an appt I have to keep checking when it is ...I'm only 37 for God's sake.

I forgot to add that I do take alot of meds for bipolar though.

I'm constantly forgetting things...it could be something I was told to do 30 seconds ago and I'll forget it. It's so frustrating because I look like an idiot at work and I feel like I'm a bad wife because I'll actually forget to make dinner or clean up the house. I hate being this way!!

At work everytime some one comes over to me and ask me to do something, I have to write it down on a yellow sticky note. Or once they leave I go totally blank - example - did they say 1 copy or 2 copies. I feel like there is something wrong with me, and I'm scared to find out what it could be.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
