I feel anxious still and sometimes even more anxious then I did before o started taking the medication. I have brain fog and nausea and as soon as a wake up I have awful anxiety. I’m looking for some positive experiences regarding fluoxetine if possible.

Every case of anxiety is unique and finding the right meds for you can take allot of trial and error, as well as periods of adjustment to whatever med you might try along the way. It's a wise to develop good relationships with your GP and cohorts. When in doubt, ask.
Gentle support while you find your formula. Welcome aboard.
This is actually a very very common thing. With your anxiety, it will feel like the end of the world to ask for a change...but remember you're paying them good money to provide you a service. Let them do their job and get it right. You do your job of conveying to them exactly how you feel.
My GAD, is usually triggered by something...stress...etc. Find the source that you think is triggering you as well and see if you can also make some healthy changes to reduce that stress.
Sometimes our environment, people we are around can really aggravate it.
Welcome aboard and know you are not alone!
Sending you some light and love.
Good for you for taking the med for 2 weeks, and for coming on here to ask a question. You are doing everything right and I am sure you will feel better real soon! :)
