I AM new to this session so overlook the spelling I am dizzheaded. I have read some of the subjects and I MUST SAY that this is a subject that needs to be addressed and for me I think it is GREAT. To this I add to this and honestly I Really do not no what to do.' If you read my cover story I DO and feel like a CAGED ANIMAL.I NO FOR A FACT that I do and ADMIT that I have let things BOTHER ME. This may be a big problem I am sure that you may not want to read this but please I WANT HELP. I have gone to therpast and at times things appear to be good when I NO THERE NOT. I am living in a assisted living living due to a bad heart attack and had to have a 5 bi pass after a weeks stay in the hospital. So see I had to give up the apt I HAD I FEEL LIKE THIS HAS BEEN ALOT OF THE ANXIETY LEVEL. I feel so much pressure as I AM preparing this discussion. I am be wildered on how to do this. I have stopped and counted to 10, walking away and going for a nice walk. So here I AM AGAIN I HAVE TO MAKE IT.I am 63 and never thought I would be here b'ut I AM. Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

Once I found out, I ended up on a mild antidepressant that also assisted the panic attacks to a degree. but before that time I did notice that I could not settle, and that I could not feel normal. My cellphone died in this time, I went and bought another one - I ended up in hysterics, extremely badly, because I could not work it. My brain could not take in the new information. I was a wreck.
You are entirely in a new place. Is there ANYTHING from your old place that you can look at, sit with, hold onto to help you balance and feel human? Something that smells normal, or feels normal, so that you can shut your eyes and feel sane for enough moments to help you through this?
