Anyone else experience insane amounts of stress at work that leaves them feeling keyed up all day? I had that experience today because we were short like 4 staff members, and i had to be like three people at once and was running around the center all day doing a major juggling act. I know it must not be good for a person who already feels so much anxiety on a normal day to feel so amped up all day long. Any strategies u guys have found cor helping yourselves through intense stress and pressure? When im so busy its hard for my brain to even think, so its hard to think about deep breathing or grounding or any other mental technique. Saturdays are our BIGGEST day so this tends to be a trend on saturdays. ..... Could use your advice

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
I suggest keeping hydrated, and during the week, consider any and all options to making the plan of action easier, smoother, so the juggling, running, and the stress are less where possible.
Face the feeling of anxiety, stress, and decide what you're comfortable with to help you find what can work in the moment. I have found that when I prepared ahead for the stress of the workload pressure like you mention, just the thought of the plan was enough to soothe the irritated stress area.
Hope this helps, and best wishes!
