For me I am on 100 mg of generic Zoloft and I also take lorazopam for emergencies. But I have learned that I can not just depend on the medication to get me through the day. I have the power to manage the anxiety with my mind. I try to keep myself busy and live in the moment. Some days are better than others but I always make it through the day. Try hard not to think about how you are feeling and use any coping skills to get you through. If you can listen to music at work do that because music really helps a person relieve stress. Try to exercise everyday to release some nervous energy. I hope that things get better for you.

To be honest with you I bite off a little nip of Xanax, maybe 0.25mg and carry on. Just enough not to sedate me but to help ease the anxiety a little. I wish I had something better or more helpful for you. :-/ Good luck

Im ready to start...
