Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. Do you have a therapist (TDoc)? That would be a person to talk with about the source of your anxiety. I have found that I never felt better until I found the source and then had the TDoc talk about constantly. Eventually, I started to feel that the source was finally behind me and that I could feel better. well, more of allowing me to feel better. What are you anxious about? This is a good place to speak what is commonly unspeakable with our friends and family. I am one of them.
I hope you feel better soon and that you complete your internship.
You are currently doing one of the things which helps me through my high anxiety stretches. Getting my anxiety into words which I can share within my therapy support network helps me focus my anxieties far enough that I can manage them as they rear their ugly heads. Sharing them within my support network is usually far more effective than sharing with family, friends, etc., because of the fact that the people within my support network have far deeper understandings of my condition than folks who have never been here. I wouldn't wish that deeper understanding on my worst enemy, but it is still nice to feel less alone with ^it^.
Hope this simple sharing helps you as much as it helps me. Welcome aboard.
