What I do is probably not healthy but I try to be productive. If i'm not going to be able to sleep, I clean the bathroom. Last month, I meal prepped between 2am and 430am. The textbook answer is good sleep hygiene. The bed is only for sex and sleep. Exercise in the morning or afternoon if you can (everyone can walk for 30 minutes at lunch). Get some sun during the day. Eat your fruits and vegetables. Take a hot shower/bath an hour before bed (will actually cool your body temp kind of like the onset of sleep does). No screens in the 90 minutes before bed. Keep your cell phone out of your bedroom. If you need screens, use the night filter mode to block out blue light.
