Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
We have had the vacation, and come back home I know it was one day early because of me. But all the pressure is just the same. Day before yesterday I spent the day doing laundry, yesterday ironing. Today is just the same as any other day, we have a budget to do, we arent well off, since our government brought in univeersal credit we are worse off financially. the hole in the ceiling from the wet room, is still there, The garden's borders need seeing too, the carpet needs replacing in the liviing room, which again we cannot afford. My diet I gained 4 oz. Its just all too much. I wish we were still living in a large house which was well carpeted, and painted. Our houe however is bought. I find things too much, and the house too small, we moved twice because of Emma wanting to go tto a non religious school, and then again when she decided to go back too her original feeder school. We've listened too much to what she has got too say.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. learning how to spot my "circle spots" was a turning point in my own recovery. what i am calling, "circle spots" are the places where i keep doing the same old thing while expecting different results. my responses to my disabled son (now 45) are high on my list of circle spots. no single response feels important enough to change, but the long term accumulations are staggering. my responses to my disabled son is only one of my many, many circle spots.
my approach to those circle spots is simple to say but harder than hard to do. try something new. i shoot to keep my responses small enough to manage but big enough to matter. it is all trial and error, so i keep my prayers for guidance ongoing with every little change.
steadying support while you work it through, claire. never give up.
entire life. And fit something you enjoy in each day. Don't
wait until all your chores are done before you do something for
yourself. Give yourself short breaks during the day. I think
it might help you to feel a bit better.
Take time for yourself.
