We don't get snow like we did when I was a kid/teen so it's exciting when we do. I had planned to go to Goodwill this morning and put my tree/decorations out and then visit my Aunt but they say that the snow is going to turn to ice. So actually, I will be happy to stay home. I bought a Christmas candle by Yankee that smells like a real tree. What is your weather like?

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmon

years and I hate it. If someone else would go out and
clean off car and shovel snow and drive my car around
the neighborhood every few days, I wouldn't mind it.

I live in Central Florida where the sky is sunny and blue with daytime temps in the mid seventies today. Some may see this as ideal but to me, it does not invoke any sense of Christmas.
No snow, pretty winterscapes or cozy fires here. Just boring heat, shorts and flip flop weather. lol
Like you, I love me a good Yankee candle. The problem is that some of them smell so yummy (like the cookie scented ones), that I just wanna take a nice huge bite outta them instead!
