Usually I am asleep by now, its quite late and well midnight or there abouts and I dont feel at sleepy. Emma is asleep she has a tablet which makes her sleep. She takes it for depression/anxiety its just a side effect. So I am downstairs with Gareth. In a months time we are going to somerset to stay in a lodge which is something completely different. Lots of attractions to go and see. I hope I do sleep at some pointtonight, but at the moment their is little sign of it.
I am hoping to make church tomorrow I havent been for some time.
My voice is getting quieter and quieter so I will have to do some singing to give it a boost. Not that I am particularly good now, but like most people I can carryy a tune,

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
