Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
On Sat. my family got together for our Thanksgiving get together. Long story short, there was someone there that makes my skin crawl and there was a lot of wine available; I ended up getting drunk. Backstory on me, I don't drink often, this was my first time drinking in a couple of years. I am taking Fluoxetine 80 mg and Buspirone 60 mg a day. It actually felt great to be drunk, I haven't been that relaxed in ages, but the last few days I have been paying for it. I have been feeling so anxious and sick because of the anxiety. I know that I am not suppose to drink with my medication but I had no intentions on getting drunk, I was just going to have one glass but than it ended up being more than that. Has anyone else had a similar situation? I don't know if it is all in my head because I was worried what the effects would be after I sobered up.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

I'd rather stay sober. The things I do when drunk probably are perfectly okay; but the anxiety attacks I have processing the chemicals are seriously not.
