or smell something that is really disturbing. So yes a headache can make you feel sick in the stomach. You maybe compounding the problem with fluctuations in blood sugar due to the sweets. Try eating
oatmeal or something low on the glycemic scale so your blood sugar
will be stable.
What my doctor suggested to me is keeping my blood sugar on an even keel throughout the day. So that means having something with a little protein at each meal, lots of veggies and having three meals and a little something every couple of hours.
