Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Of course, anxiety isn’t a switch you can just turn off. The reason anxiety likes to transfer itself from one person to another is because it’s effective. If someone you work or live with or people around you are anxious/panicked, it’s easy for you to get swept up as well. But, if you can remind yourself that part of your anxiety actually belongs to someone else—and therefore, it’s okay to let it go and just focus on the problem at hand—you might be able to reduce your own.
I've been spending a lot of time outside over the weekend, as the more time I'm inside I feel caged and anxious. So I'm doing a lot of gardening and walking through the corrals with the horses. Took Rambo for a long walk on her kitty leash yesterday and she enjoyed it, found many new things to play with and sniff at.
I'm finding the more I stay inside, the more I read and research and the more I read about every new thing thats closing, every new State imposing Rules, the more Claustrophobic I feel and the more anxious I feel. So for me, for the time being I shall be hanging out with Mother Nature as much as possible.
Take care.
Glad you are reconnecting with Nature, CPer. My farm work is feeling even more welcome than normal with the yaddahs working their blahs in The Great Indoors this week. I may not return from Mother Nature after all this blows over.
