Has anyones anxiety attributed to this? I have been having some irregular periods since my anxiety's been at it's peak. I had my period around the 26th of Oct and just started again today.

When my stress level is high and anxiety is at it's highest, I will either miss my periods or have late and heavy ones.

I just noticed for the first time that I had really bad anxiety to the point that I was in tears, called out of work, and had to take my xanax to calm myself down. Later that day I got my period. I have always irregular ones since I first got it, but it never made me anxious or emotional till now. Could be all the hormones making you a little more anxious

Hormones are a crazy thing. I was 10 days late and ready to take a test when I woke up bleeding like a stuck hog. My anxiety has been constant again. My therapist says there is a link in anxiety and hormones in women. I believe that because the few days before, during and few days after, my anxiety hits the roof.

Mine was two weeks late this time! N I did t even realise I was anxious untill I came on then boom. But if ur bleeding early always best to check it out with the doctor. Mine kept coming too two wks early and really heavy n I had an infection. Which was prob causwd by stress also x

i definately have this. For the past 4 months, when my anxiety got worse, all of my periods were either 1 day (barely) or never came. :/

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
