Well I'm 13, Diagnosed with GAD (generalized Anxitey Disorder) Panic disorder, and OCD. I have TERRIBLE thoughts. I started taking Lexapro. And well I don't get scared by thoughts like I used to. Now I'm scared I like them. what if like them? What if I really am a murder? Stuff like that. The thoughts wont go away, but the anxitey does. I was having like 5-6 panic attacks a day, I would throw up. But now with the meds its like, nothing. I feel weird. I've been on it for about a week. But, my thoughts are like "you like them" and stuff. Then i'll do mental checks, like "are you capable of this" Or would you. I'm scared, i'd get so bored with my life, i'll become a murderer. or harming my family, its just ugh. I started therapy. but I don't know.

One, keep a journal daily, and when you experience the switches, write down the times, places, and people around.
Two, keep track of your liquid and food, to help figure out what works better for you.
Three, understand that therapy such as cognitive behavior therapy is not a quick fix, and as you change your thinking, other patterns can create different issues to be managed.
Best wishes.
