Hello everyone I'm pretty new to this online group chat support group thing. I kind of always suffer through anxiety but a little more than usual lately. I recently lost my little sister back in July and because of that I've had to learn to exist in this world without her and it hasn't necessarily can be easy there are times where I am at work and I notice the littlest thing about a guest that reminds me of my sister. And those little things send me into full panic mode and sends me into a deep sadness for the rest of my workday. There are also moments that i have anxiety attacks when I'm in large crowds and around people and i get super anxious and have to leave and come back to the tasks. So i guessthe reason why i am here is to figure out how to cope with my anxiety in public places? How do i controll my anxiety to where i am not leaving work?

You are off to a good start in finding ways to control that anxiety enough that is doesn't keep derailing your day. *Just* opening yourself to emotional support from people who live with it themselves can be a big boost, all by itself.
I've got a ton of suggestions, but none of those suggestions are one-size-fits-all. For now, I think I'll just welcome you aboard and wait until you offer more detail before I offer suggestions.
Welcome aboard. Hope you find stabilizing companionship here.
Gentle empathy for the loss of your sister. Grieving is a long, hard process.

Most excellent channeling choices, Glamgeek. They channel the emotions while feeding the inner poet. I hope you *just* keep on improving the technique.
