Many of us complain about weird sensations in our chest area.
I wake up in the morning and my chest vibrates, tremors, shakes, etc., internally. When I feel my pulse it is normal and not in sync with the shaking inside. The outside of my body doesn't move...only the inside.
I was thinking it was maybe chemicals our body shoots into the system to awaken us in the morning. Sometimes I see smalls dots while my eyes are closed when this happens.
I think it only happens for less than a minute. Maybe only for 10 seconds or so. But, it is a symptom that can get my worrying going.
Hope this information is helpful to someone.

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
OMG you just described me! I have been telling people for the longest time that the Inside of my body feels like an earthquake, yet the outside of my body is totally normal. It is stranger.
The other thing is the white spots I see when I close my eyes, I thought that was weird and even asked my eye doc about it last week. He said my eyes are fine. I will check out the web site!!!!!!
Like I said I explained it as earthquake tremors inside my body but like vonnyzzz said.....
"i described it as something running around the inside of my body."
That is a good way to explain it too. I thought it was just me!
I think we are feeling the "wake me up" chemicals that are normally running in everyone. But, we are so sensitive (and that contributes to panic/anxiety) we feel it. Or, maybe we wake up 30 seconds too early so we feel it.
One-thousand and one, etc. I counted to 10.
I doubt this symptom will be able to make me anxious today, though, knowing that I am not alone.

Anyway, I did ask my doctor and he said adrenaline wakes us in the morning and we could feel it in our chests.
It might be something as easy as that!
thanks again
Thanks for posting this
Since my dog and wide also sleep in the bed I would ask if she was shaking the bed or if our dog was having some mild seizure. It always turned out to be something I felt alone and when my wife checked my pulse it was always normal. Since starting Chlonozepam I have been mostly tremor free, I just don't want to stay medicated. The medication slows me down and makes me stumbly.
