Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. Ive been on 200mg of setraline for 2 weeks but a month before that i had increased every two weeks starting at 100 and then to 150.
Starting this weekend, I noticed I was feeling a bit better. I have been taking .5xanax every night to sleep and usually just get about 5-6 hours but I finally started to fall back asleep after waking up after 5 hours and actually sleeping in and hitting the snooze button which i was so happy about! but then i didnt take xanax one night bc i remember last week not having to take it bc I was so tired and had a few glasses of wine and it put me right to sleep.
But Monday night, I didn't take the xanax and had a hard time sleeping, Was so tired all Tuesday and my psych prescribed seroquel which if used at a high dose is for bipolar but at a low dose is for sleep. I'm so scared to take it. I feel like i need to give my body a break and let it adjust to the 200mg before introducing another medication.
I've been taking .5 xanax for 2 weeks and initially my psych said it was ok to take and just take it as needed for the month and not to worry about getting addicted. So i dont know why she all of the sudden wants me to take seroquel. Seems like an intense medication to take just to reset sleep/mood when I'm already taking 200mg and have only been on that dose for 2 weeks.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

"don't be a hate hole" has been one of my recent mantras which seems to be escaping my mouth more and more often. it emerges when i am faced with the endless list of chores i would rather not deal with. insurance. head lice. bureaucracy. in-laws. the list goes on and on and on and on, ad infinitum.reality checks requested. am i making sense?"ever'thin they is but loving leaves a rust on your...

Zoloft, make sure to stay hydrated. Easier to fall asleep naturally being hydrated.
Keeping a journal will help you notice all the details involved with changes.
Best wishes!
The sleep thing is really getting to me.
I finally started to sleep better and so much longer w the Xanax prob bc sertraline started to kick in but that night I didn’t take any of it, I toss and turned and now my sleep is back to messed up again:-(
