may i suggest that you get a complete physical by a good doctor. the doctor will explain how poor physical heatth can overload our emotions and minds. listen to the doctor. improve your diet. improve your physical health and stamina through fun exercise like swimming and yoga.
the better you feel physically, you will automatically feel better emotionally and mentally.
stand back and look at your lifestyle. your home. your friends. your activities. throw out anyone and everything that goes against your inner vibe. then, rebuild your life with only good people, good surroundings, and good things.
good luck. you will be fine. :)
Hope you feel better.

You say you are scared and i can se why but a lot of the symptoms you have mentioned can relate directly to anxiety. I did suffer form bad anxiety a few months ago an worried about brain tumors etc and like yourself i had an MRI which was clear,
try to use some breathing techniques and meditation to help reduce your fears,
take care
Personally, I find auras to be spiritual visions, but I know that sometimes they are the result of eye disease.
I certainly understand your feeling like you're repeating something before you actually say it. It goes along with my anxiety experience.
When I have mood swings that go up, along with anxiety, sometimes I, too, feel like I'm going to pass out. Sometimes I do. Your passing out could be related to the diagnoses that you already have, or something else. That is another reason to GO SEE A DOCTOR.
When I feel anxious, I sure do relate to your inability to spell simple words and loss of memory. Also, recalling a simple word as part of a sentence that I am trying to speak.
At your young age, a 5-year-old MRI is ancient. If you are afraid of having a brain tumor, you MUST address that fear IMMEDIATELY by seeing a doctor. How else can you relieve your fear?
With much care,
Glinda
