I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Alas, those kinds of anxiety/panic attacks are normal for me. In my own case, they started in childhood, so they always have been normal for me. They *just* keep on happening, no matter how many wishes I throw at them. I haven't been able to wish them away, but I have found allot of tools to help me get through them with a modicum of grace and dignity. Sharing about them within my support network is one of the tools I use to manage them. Hope it helps for you, as well.

Anxiety is natural. Anxiety can be managed with natural methods, such as breathing exercises to calm, gentle motions to get moving, getting and staying hydrated.
Best wishes.
I am with you on that. I am going through the same problems. I am so tired of anxiety/panic attacks every day all day. It has consumed my life and no matter what I do I don't feel happy. I am seeing a psychiatrist and also therapy but its been a slow process, esp since its been 3 weeks since I have been on these new anti-depressants. They have made me worse than before. If you ever want to talk, message me!
