Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
To run your body efficiently it takes being outside getting fresh air, sun and sleep. It also takes less screen time, more exercise and books are key to health in my opinion.
Getting out into the "real" world is always good, but it's doubtful that it's the reason for your circles...otherwise we'd all have them.
It is not caused by staring at a screen all day. It is a diet deficiency issue.....and lack of sleep.
I can not tell you what you are deficient in......only your doctor can tell you.
Fast foods and prepacked foods high in carbs and sugars are bad bad bad for you.
See a naturalist doctor (health food stores.....not GMC tho usually have a list of natural doctors to pick from.
I highly suggest seeing one.....no more excuses or saturating the boards looking for answers we do not have.
If you do nothing, nothing will change......and we will continue to NOT have an answer. Are you looking for an answer or just comfort? My guess is comfort, but you are going about it in the wrong way.
You need to stop talking about your symptom and talk about your feelings of frustration, hurt, disappointment. That is what is truly the underlying issue and not your health concern.
When I was an addict, I was not allowed to talk about my addiction of choice in a group setting or in private with my therapist, but I could talk about my feelings til the cows came home. I had a hard time expressing my feelings, so I ended up doing sand tray/art therapy to help me articulate and understand my feelings.
Anyways......change your diet to a healthy one, drink plenty of water.....and yes......get off your computer and go outside. Try some gardening. Start small and try different things. I made a rock/flower garden and I have really gotten quite creative. Digging in the dirt is my "anger" therapy!
Maybe go to a playground and swing or play on the various pieces of equipment......fly a kite or find someone to play frizz bee with. Going on a walk through a nice park with flowers, trees, and birds. I love bird watching. I put up a bird feeder and made it squirrel proof and I have attracted hundreds of birds. I also leave them bread crumbs (I give them the end pieces and a few good pieces)and some water. I got a bird book so I could learn which ones were feeding (you could get one at the library).
Ok.....now it's your turn......go for it!!!!!
Reading outside is a good, small and manageable step outside that isolation chamber. See where it leads you.
Congratulations on discovering a subject outside scoliosis.
