I’ve been working as a teachers assistant for about 5 years and when I first started I absolutely loved it, but now I’m thinking do I love it or am I just really comfortable?? I’m bad with change and I know the ins and outs with this job. The pay really sucks and I know I need to start looking for a new job, but just thinking about it gets me into a panic. About 2 years ago I found a new job at a daycare I thought I’d love, but after working there 3 days I quit. Everyday I was in full blown panic attack mode. I cried all the time, couldn’t eat or sleep. I was miserable. Before I got the job at the school I work at now I worked retail for maybe about a week or 2 and the same thing would happen. Full blown panic attack mode. I don’t know what it was about the school, but I remember being nervous when I first started, but nothing like that. Now I’m thinking about finding a new job and I don’t want it to be like all the Times before.
I’m trying to mentally prepare myself because I know financially I can’t be at this job for very much longer. If anyone has any advice or maybe you’ve been in the same boat a time or 2 and have some pointers that would be great thanks!

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
But balance in all things. Personal development is a human need, too and using love/comfort to resist that need is degrading to a precious gift.
Gentle support while you prep yourself for the next step. Be patient with the process and gentle with yourself while you prep. You can do this.
