I totally know what you mean though. When you're not feeling anxious, you know what to do to cope and you know you'll eventually be okay but then when it actually happens you feel like you're having a heart attack or you're going to stop breathing. God it's awful. Are you on medication?

Kenznoel--It is pretty awful. I am on medication (just Lorazepam, I don't do well on SSRI's) and it does help take the edge off. I've always been resistant to taking more than I need and I've been down in dosage for several months. Lol--I can almost hear my therapist saying "the medication is to help during the times when you have more stress, and therefore increased anxiety". I suppose moving across the country is "more stress". :) Maybe I don't need to be afraid to increase my dosage a little for the next couple months.
