are hard to believe could be caused by "only " a panic attack. A lot of
people honestly believe they are going to die when one hits. I have had
attacks so bad that I went to the ER and sat in the waiting room just to let it pass. Ive had enough that i now recognize them , so I dont actually ask for treatment because I know I would be there for a long
time [ being a heart attack survivor].
My sister went through incredible mood swings when she was going through menopause , so you may be fighting two things at once.
As to the grief and betrayal tie up, you can probably add abandonment and anger.
Grief changes as it hits you from the first cry to the realization that they are gone from your life. These seem to be mixing with that of the husband. You may be mad right now, but unable to verbalize or act on it.
I am just finding this crossed wires of a multitude of feelings, following my husbands death. Knowing that all the things he covered for me, no longer have a safety cushion or button, that he was.
I have fore the most part kept my journals open, because it helps me to be open here. I my world outside of DS, there are so many barriers to releasing or defining these feelings. ARGH, sorry so long.
