Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
We all need to "tend the garden" of our mind - because we can grow flowers or we can grow weeds.
If you've had these symptoms all your life - let that be for now. Just because you read something, doesn't mean you're going in that direction! It just means you read it, it scared you, and you are thinking about it too much.
Before you investigate anything any further - ask yourself - what is my goal in doing this? Is this going to help me heal/get better? Is this putting good, wholesome, true thoughts into my mind? If not, discipline yourself to stay away - - -
I see a little girl in that picture above ---
That little girl needed love and for some reason felt she didn't get what she needed. That's all that's going on with you and with all of us - our feelings of fear are the "little child" wthin us that is crying out for attention, love and acceptance. And what we do - is push that "child" away over and over again - and then it start to scream and throw tantrums - it is hurting and wants comforted! Think of the behavior of little children - they won't give up until someone notices them and gives then attention (hopefully, loving attention).
You might want to read some of John (I think )Bradshaw's "Healing the Inner Chidl". Notice in your body where you feel that pain - talk to it as if it were a little child that needs comforted. Because for many of us, our emotional growth was stunted at the time when we were not taught how to handle strong emotional situations.
That's all that's going on- no psychosis - no schizophrenia - just a "little girl" needing lots of love and understanding.
Maybe this makes sense to you - if it does, think of some ways that you can start going in this direction. Rather than continually attacking your precious mind - start nurturing your emotional body and it's needs.
Please allow yourself to calm yourself - you do have it within you. Just becasue you can't find your "keys" doesn't mean they are gone. You just have to spend some time looking for them.
I am praying for you now I see you bathed in a warm loving light that is constantly around you, waiting for your permission to give you it's comfort. Let it in -- get out of you head as best you can and into your heart and find as much love there as you can --
Let me know how you doing- Pursah

The best thing to do is talk to your therapist. It could be sleep deprivation or medications that cause the feeling or fear of psychotic episodes and being able to talk about it can make you more aware of when those feeling are manifesting to you can tell yourself 'this isn't real'.
