Hi, I have had anxiety and all its crazy physical sypmtoms for about 40 years.I was trying to figure out how I could start a group where I could show sufferers how to do different crafts such as photography,playing guitar or scrollsawing.All these things have helped me stay in the moment where you dont feel the anxiety symptoms! Of course im not very good at heading up a group and talking in front of people.LoL, O well. Just trying to get ideas of how I can help others. Any comments appreciatted, Thanks, Bob

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

I do understand how using crafting can help someone. I also craft it works as an outlet for me and the end results are beautiful. For it is remarkable to create when down in the dumps because the products always make me happy. Thanks for the reminder.
