I don't know really to begin but my mind is racing and I would really appreciate any feed back even if its just showing me I am not alone. The store I work at is getting certificated and all this week I have been having to redo the fashion stock room alone and with not much input. I am so scared I am not doing it right because I didnt get much direction and no one has even bothered to check up on my work. I still have so much work to be done with no help and I dont feel that I have enough time, this one manager is no help and I am scared to talk with her and if i have been doing it worng all this time what will happen to me. I am worried because we ran out of boxes so I have just been puttin things in the correct order for when we do get the boxes but is this ok??? I am sick to my stomache. Idk who I should talk to at work or what. because of my really bad anxiety i havent been able to talk to anyone any thoughts??? hugs in advance

Sounds like you are doing your best and using your common sense, i.e. with putting things in the right order due to lack of boxes. Don't be afraid to talk to your boss. Just tell them you are getting through the work and just want to know if you are heading in the right direction. What's the worst that could happen? Whoever put you in charge of this mammoth task obviously has faith that you can do it, so believe in yourself!

I am going to try and be strong. Its just not easy talking to the one manager. I kind of feel like I got the task because other people are lazy :/ I am hoping one of the assistant managers is there because he knows what he is talking about and i feel that it is easier talking to him
