Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

If my anxiety wasn't bad enough, So, Yesterday, I get a text from the dr's office saying i'M Past due for a cancer screening, I thought nothing of it, not gonna worry about that......well, a little.
Meanwhile, This guy came to the door today, looking for my dad......I said he was out of town, Shouldn't have done that, that's a open invitation for someone just to come in and hurt me, I am disabled, And really can't protect myself. What I should have said is: he can't come to the door right now......But, now i'm panicing.....What of comes back and forces his way in, I know to call the police, But what if there were no time.
Whar if my parent's find out and start letsuring me, I know I did wrong. it's like I'm not allowed to learn from my mistakes, cause it seems like, when they were growing they wern't allowed, It seem's like the generation-x and future generations are paying for what Babyboomer's were brought up with. I'm 47 and feel like my parent's rule my life.

Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
Try to be gentle with yourself as possible. It’s okay to make mistakes it’s how we learn I feel. If it makes you feel better try to keep your phone on or by you if you can & if the guy comes back or knocks on the door just don’t answer (but hopefully & probably be most likely won’t come back anyways)
Sending support & a hug <3
i don't know which fatal flaw you are blaming on which of the generic generations, but i find it helps to keep things personal. families --and their various dysfunctions-- vary considerably, whatever the generic generational flag they are saluting for this round of the blame game.
My point is that we need to be mindful whatever generation we are from but not so much that we live in fear and paranoia.
We do the best we can, learn as we go, and move on.
