My favorite coping skills are crochet, reading, playing with my dogs, writing on this site and reaching out. I also have a couple of apps on my phone that help me relax.
I'm another lifelong anxiety sufferer. My official dx smorgasbord includes several of the anxiety subsets, including PTSD. I've been through allot of years of therapy and peer support has been an important part of all of them.
My advice is to keep building on this thread. See where it takes you. Maybe start another thread or three to see where *they* take you.

I have had lifelong anxiety. After therapy with a person that specialized in
anxiety disorders, I got better at coping with anxiety. And being put on
medication. You have to work on it everyday. But it can get better.
