How old are you? Do you go to school, college? There should be counselor there you
could start with.
Meanwhile, vitamins, sleep, lots of water, staying away from stressful people or events, and giving yourself time to lie in bed and just think about things and get the chemicals processed by your liver or whatever are things I have found helpful to me. :)
I'm 23, a cosmetologist and a makeup artists. currently a server/bartender. i don't believe that my anxiety is correlated to stress in anyway. my doctor said that GAD sometimes doesn't need a reason to come up, it just does
You weren't just born to suffer. There's a gene mutation you can get tested for, that others will probably mention here as well, called the MTHFR gene mutation that amongst other things can inhibit absorption of one of the vitamin b group causing chronic generalised anxiety. I don't have it and I don't know much about it, but they will tell you that it's cheap to get tested, and cheap to get the special folate of the vitamins you need (ie that your body is able to absorb) to fix.
So if you have anxiety that doesn't appear to be being caused by anything in your life, I'd definitely get that test. :)
