Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. The test should be fairly cheap - under $100. The treatment is a special sort of folate that's only about $7/month.
That's probably the most natural treatment I can think of.
LTheanine may help. Also staying away from sugar and caffeine.
For daytime, try SAMe. It helps bring your mood outta the gutter an calms you down. It helped me quite a bit, but I stopped taking it once I was put on prescription meds. I would still be on it if it weren't for the meds.
Some vitamins I recommend if you're not getting enough, would be D an B12.
Hope this helps some.

When I go out, it's a whole other ball park. Now it's difficult to tell when I'm really nauseated and when I'm so anxious that I'm making myself nauseated. Seeing as no doctors are actually helping me, I looked up some natural remedies and saw lots of positive things on Passion Flower, so I bought some of that yesterday. I've tried lavender oil on my temples and it doesn't seem to help any, though it does help at bed time when I put it on the bottom of my feet. Helps me sleep.
I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm only 28 and I feel like I'm 80. My new boyfriend introduced me to his friends over the weekend and we went out to an Indian restaurant (used to LOVE Indian food) and I felt so anxious and nauseated the whole time I didn't eat one bite. Sorry, it's a bit off topic. This whole thing is ruining my life. I'm hoping that at least I can control the anxiety with something more natural than Xanax...
