In video 4 it starts telling you about "Auto Calm"....a system you order to help with anxiety at the price of $127.00!!
I was not looking to spend any money and for about the past 2 weeks I've been patiently waiting for these videos to come to me....in hopes that video 4 would be the icing on the cake.
I'm sorry for leading any of you on...I was lead on myself and did not know this wasn't free.

Again, I am sorry and thanks for your time reading this.
Learning how to combat anxiety with cognitive behavioral techniques is a process best done with professional guidance. However, that is much more expensive than $127.00! If this technique suits you, the 'gold standard' self-help books are "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" by Edmund Bourne AND "When Panic Attacks: The New, Drug-Free Anxiety Therapy That Can Change Your Life" by David Burns.
I am new to this site so am not familiar with your writings. Wishing you a pleasant day.
