Hi, Im the new person...
I joined today relieved to see this site and relieved to see people activly posting.
I have an array of mental helth issues but today I am here for Anxiety.
I transitioned to working from home in January as patt of my new jobs requirements. My dream job. I didnt think id get here for atleast another 5 years. With remote work comes less communication. Less pats on the back. Less reassurance that youve done the right thing. This week I am approaching the end of my 3 month probation and I can not focus on a single thing (Im a bookkeeper). My Anxiety is so bad I just pace and clean and sit back at my desk to try again and continuously fail. Feeling defeated, like my existance is anxiety

This very post is one of the things I do to address the isolation snake in the dream of working at home. Outside contact helps ALLOT.
Welcome aboard, Bobby. Hope you find stabilizing companionship here.
