What do you mean with "I feel like I am living in a dream.... Have you have previous memory lapses? What have helped you in the past when felt this way?
There are so many factors to tell about what's going on with you. And I hate to start any person's new membership here with the idea of seeing a professional for help. But that's the best I can do with you at present. The rest becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, which is where only you need to decide how much time you want to invest in growing out of these negative thought patterns. I can tell you that relief is attainable though.
What I'd suggest is that you start a plan to build up in your mind more positive thoughts, and it's not that the negative ones are necessarily bad thoughts; it's just that you are going to have to re-educate positive imagery, so seeing a psychotherapist is likely the best approach, especially if your moods bring on forgetful spells. I have to tell you that changing a belief structure is not a short-term process either. However, seeing a specialist for emotional and mental help is your personal decision.

Screaming can be intensely cathartic. So can getting the yaddahs of your blahs into writing and sharing those words within a supportive community.
Might I suggest you step outside or place your face into a pillow and scream your bloody head off? Finding something safe to punch, kick and bite can be cathartic, as well.
Once you've vented all that pent up energy, come back here and vent some more. Vent freely. Vent often.
