hi everyone.
It's been awhile since I've posted..about a year and a half maybe ..in that year I had gotten control over my anxiety and also had twins back in June of 2021. After them I suffered post partum depression and in November my anxiety/ panic disorder came back with a vengeance. I had a panic attack Thanksgiving day and seen then it's been non stop anxiety and worrying. My health anxiety is worse than ever ..I'm constantly hyper vigilant of every like ache and pain. I constantly have zaps and numbness/ tightness in my chest ...arms ..legs..head..neck..I am scared to sleep at night and convinced myself I have a blood clot ..brain tumor ..having a stroke or heat attsck.. I just wanna scream. I can't get out of own head and I'm so disappointed I'm back to this point again. I have this site has helped me before so thanks for listening to my rants once again

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
inside my own anxiety management, every time i think i have it licked, i have been rewarded with yet another relapse. each relapse feels like the worst yet.
i solidly believe daily maintenance, whether i feel like i need it or not, is far and away more efficient than the crisis intervention. an ounce of prevention is worth WAY more than a pound of cure in my book.
keep venting, belle. listening. . .
Here's the balance, you're now a mother of multiple children, and managing a daily schedule of feedings, changes, sleep, wake, and activity is a challenge for anyone.
Your anxiety is present and partying because this is what it thrives on, chaos of thoughts, images, words, and not moving the mind in rest.
Hopefully, you find a way to relax through gentle exercise and breathing and staying hydrated consistently.
Keep writing here, you're not alone!
sometimes it helps to vent the chaos here so that i am better able to get back to the important stuff. in the midst of chaos, "the important stuff" can be hard to figure.
Whatever word and or image works to give you the calm in the moment!
Write here and know you have everyone's support!
