I was in the convenient store the other day and noticed all these different bottles of stuff for energy...like 5 hour energy and whatnot. I know they've been out for quite a while now and they're nothing new...but there were all kinds of them....and I sat there wondering how on earth anyone could ingest that stuff. If I drank that...my heart would go through the roof. They seem to have the market on energy pretty much taken care of. I wish they had something for stress or calming down. They have energy potions why not calming potions?

Agree totally Erica, I avoid that stuff like the plague. Plus, the people I know who have used them crash hard after about an hour or so in reality. When I was younger, and anxiety was not an overt issue, I ingested alarming amounts of caffeine and sugar to wind myself up and I actually enjoyed that feeling immensely. But, the obsessive, scary thoughts that came with anxiety put the kibosh on that!

LOL I hear ya quicksilver....I have to stay away from caffeine. I really found this out one night when I took an Excedrin for a headache and I'm laying there trying to relax and my heart starts thumping real fast and hard...I looked at the bottle and it had a pretty sizable amount of caffeine. Big no no for me....and probably most with anxiety. Take care. =)

amazing isn't it? with everything being jam packed with caffeine and most of tv and life in general being "extreme" everything--its a wonder there are any calm people left at all in the world--this stuff breeds anxiety in my opinion!

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
